Laimz Bonus Terms and Conditions
Individual campaigns come and go, but the general conditions underneath them barely change. Knowing that fixed layer means a new offer takes two minutes to evaluate instead of twenty, because you only have to read what is specific to it.

- One per person, household, device and payment instrument. Shared addresses and shared cards are treated as the same player, which catches genuine cases such as couples and flatmates.
- Payment in your own name. The operator returns money to the identified account holder; a third-party card or bank account will hold the payout.
- Identity confirmation. Required by the Latvian licence, usually completed through Smart-ID, and unavoidable before a first withdrawal.
- One active offer at a time. Claiming a second while a first is unfinished commonly voids one of them.
- Irregular play. A catch-all covering low-risk betting patterns designed to clear turnover without exposure — a clause invoked more often than players expect.
- Amendment and withdrawal. The operator states that it may change or end a campaign, which is why the claim-time version of the text matters.
Age, territory and the licence behind it all
Play is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and the operator’s terms will list the countries from which an account may be opened. A Latvian licence is written around players located in Latvia, so an English-speaking reader outside the country should treat access as an open question rather than an assumption. Residency, the issuing country of your payment instrument and your connection location are separate tests, and eligibility can fail on any one of them.
Whichever applies, the domain itself is checkable. IAUI, the Izložu un azartspēļu uzraudzības inspekcija, publishes a register of licensed operators and a list of domains blocked in Latvia for operating without one. Terms offered by a blocked domain are not enforceable in any way that helps you.
The evidence worth keeping
Disputes about promotions are almost always disputes about what the terms said at a particular moment. Three habits make them winnable. Save the terms page — a PDF print or a screenshot with the date visible is enough. Note the timestamp of the claim and of the qualifying deposit. And keep the confirmation from your bank app, whether that is Swedbank, SEB, Citadele or Luminor, showing the euro amount and the time it left your account.
None of this is onerous and all of it is useless to assemble afterwards. Our complaints page sets out the escalation sequence in more detail, and support covers the first contact.
Where this site stands
This is an independent information portal about the Laimz brand, not the operator. Nothing here credits a balance, holds funds or resolves a dispute, and the terms that bind you are the ones published by the operator on the day you claim. What we can do is explain the mechanics and point at the verifiable sources — which is why the IAUI register appears on every page in this section rather than a promise about payouts.
Playing within limits
Promotional conditions are designed to extend sessions, so the controls that shorten them matter more when an offer is active. Deposit limits set in the account operate independently of any campaign. Latvia additionally maintains a state self-exclusion register at IAUI: the application can be submitted electronically, applies across every licensed operator in the country and runs for a term the player chooses. See self-exclusion and responsible gambling.
